Join Chef Scott and his team of local chefs for an afternoon cooking class at his kitchen in the treetops near the La Fortuna waterfall. Learn how to make traditional Costa Rican dishes like ceviche and patacones along with tropical fusion recipes like Cashew encrusted Seabass w/ mango salsa along with seared local meat with tropical chutney.
