  2. After the Coffee Tour, we will continue to the stunning Poás Volcano National Park, home to one of Costa Rica’s most active volcanoes. Here you can gaze at one of the largest active craters in the world, admire its characteristic turquoise lagoon and observe the traces left by its most recent eruptions. During the visit you will also enjoy spectacular views of the Central Valley and the Central Range. On clear days it is possible to observe other volcanoes in the distance and, hopefully, find birds and other wild animals that inhabit this extraordinary cloud forest ecosystem.
